Should be required reading

This should be required reading for all engineers especially in the civil infrastructure space.

Good story, lots of history

Overall, it is good but is missing the silver bullet. Planning, legos, but did not give me a new tool to apply.

Real life examples, data, stats, and references to useful information

Great real life examples help to really understand what can be done for even the smallest projects to increase chances of success. Threat book full of useful knowledge

Engaging, Informative, Useful

Belongs in the top flight of business/self-improvement books. An easy, enjoyable listen that was profoundly interesting, engaging, Informative, and useful. Maybe a little overly opinionated at the end as to the author's view of the "correct" solution to climate change. Nuclear = bad. Wind and solar = good. I'm given to understand that many thoughtful people disagree with this conclusion. But it's the last 5% or so of the book. And, maybe I need to lisfen to that last bit again. Probably will relisten to the entire book. It was that good.

Fantastic book, cover to cover

Absolutely loved this one, cover to cover. Highly recommend, particularly for those in leadership roles or aspiring to join those ranks.

This is an important book. Written clearly and to the point. There are profound lessons woven together throughout; and discussed in a way that can be comprehended, visualized and put into use.

Really good book on how to focus and deliver successful projects with real life simple examples

Superb advice delivered as entertainment

The author does a phenomenal job of presenting usable project management recommendations using stories of real, relatable projects and backs up his recommendations with data.

Exceptional wisdom

There are few books that pack such a wealth of cogent and practical advice. Although one could get great value from a few summary points alone, this is a book worth digesting in detail. As to performance, I believe the narrator nicely captured the nuances of the text.

Best Book on Project Management

This is high level. Look for strategy and philosophy. Not methodology. The why and what. Not the how.
