New York Times best-seller. Over five million copies sold

For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare--poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events, inspiring Outside magazine to name him the Fittest (Real) Man in America.

In Can't Hurt Me, he shares his astonishing life story and reveals that most of us tap into only 40 percent of our capabilities. Goggins calls this The 40% Rule, and his story illuminates a path that anyone can follow to push past pain, demolish fear, and reach their full potential.

An annotated edition of Can't Hurt Me, offering over two hours of bonus content featuring deeper insights and never-before-told stories shared by David. Not available in other formats.

The story and message of this book is great! However, if the author said “dammmmm Goggins” one more time I would have thrown my phone out of the car window.

Definitely worth the listen and offers a great perspective on how to live each day of your life.

Great message and incredible story

Solid book and story but I could have done without David Goggins humble bragging between each chapter. Didn’t add anything to the story in my opinion.

Good story - didn’t love Interview commentary

Great work on this one David! Enjoyed every single word in this book. Gave me enjoyment hearing you break down and give lessons/challenges for us all. I will definitely be a lot tougher on myself than I have been. Time to build a callous mind!

Amazing Audiobook!

Overall I would say my biggest take away from this book was there and helped me re-discover a part of myself that I feel has been missing for a very long time and has brought meaning and purpose back into my life. I’m 24 now and it reminded me of the person that I used to be when I first decided to take ownership of my life around 15 to 16 years old. What’s crazy is that the way he described in depth the struggles and hardships that he overcame throughout his life actually gave me priceless insight into how I eventually found myself in the darkness that was my early 20s. Figuring out harsh truths about the world at such a rapid rate with which the age of information lays upon us is a massive weight onto the young mind. The strategies for overcoming pain suffering and self-doubt outlined within this Book are astronomically invaluable I believe for everyone finding out for themselves what it truly feels like to be alive and thriving rather than just Existingand doing what we’re told to do.

This book is worth 100 times more than what it costs
