An excellent book on the subject. Lacks a little of the basic information, but if you have the conept of boundaries, you will do well with this book.

Seek wisdom for my marriage

This has been a great book, it’s has helped me to see that boundaries are good to have. As I am right now separated from my wife due to things we never set up boundaries before we were married 18 years ago while dating. Coming into a family already made with my wife I should have had boundaries regarding our conversations about me and her and our conversations and communications. this has been a very tough book to go through it has opened up my eyes and I really hope that due to the things that I did in this marriage that maybe my wife and I can restore our marriage with new communications of boundaries.
