It's actually fun having a workout buddy.

I started out doing this with a buddy which was great, but his work scheduled changed and now can't meet with me to do the workouts. Now that I'm doing it alone, I can tell it makes a HUGE difference just having some else there doing it with you.

Nope. My abs are on fire.

Think back to the last time you did a sit-up. For me that's middle school PE class. I thought this would be easier.

"I started another challenge (squats)

I just like being able to lie down during each rest period I guess lol This is the lazy man's fitness challenge imo."

LETS GOOOO!!!!!

The mental battle here is the real challenge. I keep hearing David Goggins saying "Callous your mind!" Well 300 dips a day is doing the trick, let me tell you.

This fits the bill.

Being in lockdown I wanted something to do to get at least some exercise in my small apartment. Plus, I can collaspe on the floor as soon as I'm done which is exactly what I do.

I don't know what these other plebs are saying, these workouts are not that hard. Sure, it's a lot of reps but I've definitley experienced worse.

Just promise me you won't eat beforehand, mkay?

Every was going great until I decided to eat right before my workout...

All that up and down motions got my stomach turning and I puked mid rep.

But I finished that set!! But in all seriousness, if you're looking for a challenge, jump on this. I'm seeing great results in the gym since starting.
