Publisher's summary

This Body Language masterpiece contains proven steps and strategies on how to easily understand what others are saying to you through nonverbal communication and what you and your body language is saying to them!

Psychologists praise the power of body language. Using it, you can decode the inner thoughts and/or emotions of others even without listening to the words they're saying. You also have the ability to adjust your behavior based on the situation you're in, and you have better chances of making other people like and believe in you. Simply put, body language can do things that words cannot.

This audiobook will explain to you how body language works and how to better understand what other people are saying with their body movements and expressions.

Whenever you are communicating with someone, you give nonverbal signals. These can be gestures, the way we sit, a touch on the arm, and many other different things we do throughout our communication. While we all understand nonverbal communication subconsciously, learning how to consciously understand our body language will not only give you a better understanding of other people - but also better control in all aspects of life.

Through learning how body language works, you'll also discover how to better tailor your own body language.

This audiobook will show you how to change your body language to appear more confident, powerful, knowledgeable, and attractive.

If you would like to master the art of body language, download this audiobook today!

A great read on body language!!

Body language is not a new topic nowadays and this book is a good start. Understanding body language is something that can be helpful for improving your levels of communication. I really have to say, this book interested me a lot! The power of body language is much stronger than I thought, and now I have learned so much about interpreting it and being aware of what one does - and that your body can say the opposite of what is coming out of your mouth!

Another 5 Star Book for Adrian Rowney!!

I actually think that this book is better than that one because it covers body language as a subject instead of it being used on just one person. I had no idea that the ok hand movement meant different things around the world, or that personal space differs depending where you are.

Outstanding!!

Outstanding reference for rookie writers trying to grasp the intricacies of excellent writing techniques. The author clearly provides several applicable examples to enhance her premises. There's so much a new writer and plenty of experienced writers can gain from the knowledge shared in this book, from: better ways to begin sentences,

Awesome!!!!!

I am looking forward to reading this book. The authors have done a lot of work with body language, and this book promises to reveal a lot of useful information about how humans use their body signals to communicate to one another, sometimes without knowing that they are actually sending signals.

great how to book!!!

This book is a great and simple guide to understanding the metaphysical reasons behind our physical ailments!! I would definitely compare this book to “Heal Your Body” by Louise Hay, however this book is a more in depth guide to understanding the reasons behind the ailments instead of a reference tool.

A great read ever!

This is a very informative book. Interested in understanding women? Read this book. There are differences between women and men. The most difficult thing about women, in my opinion is that they can be hard to read, at times. Knowing what she is thinking through her body language is useful. I wish I had read this book when I was dating/single. Yet again, this book is also useful for single and married men

Simpler way of understanding body language

This book is like an elementary dating course. It tells you about signs whether a lady is interested in you, tells you what she likes and does not like, all through her body language. Practicing the tips can actually be quite embarrassing especially if you keep on staring like what happened to me but in time, this book is great for understanding.

Excellent Book With Lots of Details!

This book is well written and covers the subject well. It also tells you what it covers and some of the things it doesn't completely cover. Understand that this subject is a subject of depth and it would take a very large book to cover every detail. This book covers the main details of the subject well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is unsure of themselves on the subject.

Best book for body language.

I took some useful knowledge, tips and tricks from this book. I always find body language interesting. Shaking hands with someone you just met, does tell you a lot about that person. I like to keep it simple and have a universal approach to this. But from my life experience I personally don't want to shake hands with anyone if it's not necessary. I thought this book was excellent. I was particularly struck by the analysis of individuality and culture it presents. I've lived in foreign countries so it makes sense to me that gestures are culturally influenced. In college, for example, I had a professor who taught both French and German

Really good book.

I really liked this book. It gave some great insight into being able to detect if someone is deceiving you or not. There are some basic social cues that were discussed but there were other social cues IE paying attention to the feet and legs when trying to detect if someone is lying. Also there are clues to tell if someone is actual smiling or faking a smile. The book ends with giving some insightful information on being able to get people to let there guard down and tell you the truth. Body language is something that all business people and parents should master. Knowing where you stand in a conversation. Provides all the more help in understanding the other side.

This book transformed not only how I look but also

A great book. It opens really eyes. For instance, I would never thought about what a handshake with someone can tell you. Out of habits that I have done for years and years, I had no idea that with my body language I am actually also speaking. I learnt how to be open and receving through this book. This book is a helpful beginners guide to body language, its meaning, and how one may project certain messages without even realizing it. I've learned what to look for in others, as well as in myself. It's taught me how to be more self-aware of my own body language and what message it sends to others.

Helpful guide! Must listen

It’s a masterly book of body language. I got an idea about what is body language, body language and posture, body language and the art of dating, body language and interviews, decoding body language, how to become a human lie detector, things you do that you shouldn’t do, giving yourself the mirror test, interpreting person’s smile. There's just so much to learn about body language. This book describes nearly everything! It's an easy to learn, but hard to master skill, but this book makes it easier. It's well written and easy to listen. This book is easy to read and I could understand the examples and concepts that were given in the book. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in learning about body language. It could also affect the way you think about your body language when you walk into a room or into an important interview or such.

Lovely Body Language.

Thorough explanation they gave in this book of so many gestures, movements and expressions of people in everyday situations. Body language is so important in understanding others. Best book I know of on body language. I have read a handful of books on the subject, but this one stands out in my mind. Great book to read in a busy place and people watch. This book is helpful for me since I am in sales and from the knowledge of this book I was able to know what my clients love or dislike. Impressive!
