Publisher's Summary

Dark, deviant, and deliriously funny, Jude Angelini writes in the colloquial vein of Charles Bukowski, using his unique, natural voice to tell stories from his life. He writes about his sexual encounters - both strange and intimate - alongside stories from his childhood and his tell-all experiences with "science drugs". Throughout it all, Jude is critical of himself and his actions, proving himself to be vulnerable, lonely, and extremely relatable. A stellar follow-up to Hyena.

Outstanding.

Blew through it in one sitting, and was dreading it ending. Jude is such a dope personality, great writer, and amazing story teller.

a breathe of fresh air, ironically.

Worst part is some of the stories leave you wondering what else happened! too good! Living vicariously through a man who had no inhibitions and no problem sharing. definitely read/listen and keep an opened mind. A lot can be learned.

Laugh, Cry, Cringe

That’s what I did, I laughed at the things that were funny. I cried when I think others may have been laughing. I cringed when you crossed lines that shouldn’t have been crossed. Great Book Jude! I’ll always read what you write. It’s a privilege.

A strong dose of honesty

Just like Hyena, this book is full of personal truth. It's raw yet refreshing. Nothing is sugar coated or tidied for mass approval. I enjoy the real stories of a very real human, and Jude Angelini's narration made it even more enjoyable. Not for tightly wound individuals... Or then again... Maybe it is.

Sad, funny, and brilliant

Rude Jude shares incredible true stories from his life. They make you want to laugh, cry, maybe enter rehab for him.

As great as Hyena was, I think Hummingbird may be even better.

I think I read somewhere that he’s been called a modern Bukowski. I don’t know what that means but I think he’s more of a modern Tupac.

Jude’s reading in his own voice makes the stories even better.

Real life of a real dude

This book is just as good as Hyena was. I enjoy the real people being honest about real life.

Jude is just a real dude, who is unapologetic.

I listen to Jude most days and love his approach on life... but hey I'm on drugs too so fuck you or fuck me.

Fantastic Read

Coming from the All Out Show in Sirius I thought I had some idea of who Jude was as a person. This book proved me right. If you want to hear stories about lonely nights, getting through depression and overall debauchery this is the book for you. It comes from a real place, spoken by real guy. Highly recommend the book.
