A monumental leadership book packed with insights and growth
This book. I have read hundreds of leadership books but none have offered me such practical steps to progress. It was so actionable and I used the techniques when I was in multiple career stages - as a female executive, navigating through a huge career transition and then crafting a new career path of service and purpose. I have 40 post it notes in the pages and have referred back to so many wisdom bombs and tools often. This book is my go to guide to creating work/lives that are meaningful, impactful and true to who I am.
