Body Focused
I get descriptions in stories, however this book kept describing the girls in it, in an odd way, very focused on their physical appearance, i.e. “she had a thin waist, and toned body.”
I buy a lot of stories to read for my preschoolers at nap but this one is sending the wrong subliminal messages to them.
