Alone on the Wall recounts the most astonishing achievements of Honnold's extraordinary life and career, brimming with lessons on living fearlessly, taking risks, and maintaining focus even in the face of extreme danger. Now Honnold tells, for the first time and in his own words, the story of his three hours and 56 minutes on the sheer face of El Cap, which Outside called "the moon landing of free soloing.... A generation-defining climb. Bad ass and beyond words.... One of the pinnacle sporting moments of all time."

Story
In 1997, World Championship Wrestling was on top. It was the number-one pro wrestling company in the world, and the highest-rated show on cable television. Each week, fans tuned in to Monday Nitro, flocked to sold-out arenas, and carried home truckloads of WCW merchandise. Sting, Bill Goldberg, and the New World Order were household names. Superstars like Dennis Rodman and KISS jumped on the WCW bandwagon. It seemed the company could do no wrong.

Basketball made easy
If you don't know much about basketball and need a little help getting better at playing it, this book will help you with that. My son recently decided to take up playing but he wasn't sure about many of the rules and needed some help. I got this book because he can listen to it and use some of the tips to make his game much better. He liked the book and therefore, I recommend it to anyone who wants a refresher course or a beginner course in how to play the game. Lots of good tips all in one source.

Basketball Just Got Better!
Basketball made easy is another fantastic book by Ace that has been very helpful. I purchased this book to learn more about basketball so that I can blend in when my fiancee is playing or chatting about the game. With enough practice, motivation and dedication I can become a great player. I have also discovered valuable information including basic rules of the game, types of players and their positions. Dribbling was my greatest challenge but now am becoming better with tips I got from this book. I shared the stretching and warm up techniques with my fiancee and it has really worked out for both of us. The back stretch and rotating stomach stretch were a bit difficult at the beginning but am catching up. Thanks to this book am enjoying basketball and getting better at it. I highly recommend to beginners and those who want to perfect their skills.

waste of money!
I wish I could get my money back. nutritional info is garbage, the best protein comes from vegetables! you should do more research in that area before giving advice. He barely talked about he breakdown of the game, more about stretches and nutritional jnfo

misleading title
4th grade level information at the most. Just scratches the surface of the game and practice of basketball. Nothing here for intermediate or advance ball players who want to improve their skills.
