Amazing book like the rest of the series

I’ve been hooked since the very first book and really hope Grace keeps the series going!

Series Finale

Desperate World Book 9 is an emotionally charged finale, this final book pushes Laurel, Bear, and the survivors to the edge as they flee through the wilderness near Lake Superior. With children depending on them and danger closing in from every side, every choice carries deadly consequences. When Mae falls critically ill, the group is forced into an impossible moral dilemma: steal the medicine and risk war, or walk away and lose her and her unborn child. Dark, fast-moving, and deeply human, this is a fitting end to a series built on survival, sacrifice, and the cost of hope. The narration by Andrew Tell is very good and fits this story nicely.

Desperate World

Desperate World, Audio book 9, is the conclusion of the EMP Aftermath Series which has followed the saga of Bear, Laurel, Mae, Trent, and Kate as they search for a final home for their family. Additional characters are included during their journey to a safe island in Lake Superior. This exciting dystopian audio book written by Grace Hamilton and narrated by Andrew Tell has realistic world building, suspense, danger, plot twists, and the importance of family. I highly recommend this fantastic audio book.
