[The Blood Hunters are coming. Hurry. Select your Class. Show us the power of your Bloodline, Lenny E. Cook.]

Before that notification popped up, Lenny was just an office worker and part-time guitarist, a firstborn from an eccentric family of foodies. At 32, the earthly mortal had no powers and few real worries in the Rank Above All Multiverse System.

Then he wakes up in another world. With a rare Bloodline, an urgent Class Selection, and hunters already closing in.

About the Series: Pure Mage Build is a power fantasy and progression isekai in a multiverse system after full integration. All kinds of magic are on the table: evocation (fireball, fireball, fireball!), enchanting, necromancy, space, time, and more.

About the System: The Rank Above All Multiverse System, or RAAMS for short, blends classic mid-level crunch with magic, quests, and cultivation elements that are dynamic and easy to understand. The paths to power include classes, skills, spells, treasures, evolutions, dungeons, and, yes, fun power merges.

About the Action: Definitely strong-to-overpowered with chaotic challenges and some Slice of Life moments. Think Overlord and Avatar: The Last Airbender doing fusion dances with Solo Leveling and Dragon Ball Z. So, we might lose a mountain or two. Maybe more. Then enjoy some ramen right after.

What’s the Verdict: Rank Above All with a Pure Mage Build! Buy, listen, and rock on.

Those who love stats and numbers will probably love this book. Unfortunately, I’m not one of those people. I wasn’t a fan of the narrator either. This is solely a personal preference.

Far too many stats and skills

I sorry that I can’t make a detailed review but honestly, I just couldn’t finish this book. It’s just missing that little something, and I for some reason just couldn’t get invested. It started off good but then got progressively worse. I swear there was a battle every five minutes with very little world building in between. Also I think the MC is crazy or something, Multiple Personality Disorder? Maybe I’m just being callous. But this story does not hit.

Couldn’t Finish

This is OP Wizard without the backstory/character development of the MC or assisting characters. It would not surprise me if this was a really early draft of OP Wizard that the author somehow managed to recover from a crashed laptop or the like. Not really worth the listen and this is coming from a huge fan of the laziest subgenre "litrpg OP MC".

A bad version of OP Wizard.
