I really, really don't like my neighbor.

We've lived next door to each other for three years, and we couldn't be more opposite. I still don't like him. It doesn't change anything. I can avoid him at work. But when I spot him one night through his living room window doing something that is utterly shocking, obscene, really weird… I find myself thinking about my annoying neighbor. A lot.

We've never really been buddies, despite living side by side for three years. But when he starts working at Goliaths as our IT manager, helping to bring us into a new digital age, our lives begin to become a bit more entangled.

Mainly because he starts watching me each night while I… relax. So I make sure to give him a good show through my living room window.

I've always assumed Rafe Hare is straight, but it quickly becomes clear that I might be wrong. And when I propose a fantastic new way for us to get… ahem… friendlier, he's as all-in as I am.

Which means I get to show him just how weird it can get with a dullahan. And I can't wait.

Keeps getting better!

Gahhhh! I said this with Monstrous and I’ll say it with this series but I hope it never ends!
These two are absolutely amazing and I love them!

Headless hunk- and that southern drawl!

I always love Lily Mayne books, but the fact that they got someone to do an accent just adds to the charm of Dan, who is every bit the southern gentleman with not a malicious bone in his body. I look forward to more audiobooks from this author!

another great Goliath romance

Lily Mayne has done it again! Rafe and Dan are so adorable and silly. The voice actors did an outstanding job conveying the hilarity and steamyness of this story. I am foaming at the mouth for the next installment!!!!!

Jack O(ff) Latern🤣 is perfection

I loved book #3…ENCORE! Spicy, sweet and funny. The vocal performance is platinum level. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Grumpy Sunshine’s are the best

Dan and Rafe completely owned me in this book. The grumpy/sunshine, neighbor to colleagues dynamic was hilarious, frustrating in the best way, and so ridiculously hot once everything clicked into place. Their banter, the awkward moments, the growing feelings… it all made me grin and swoon at the same time.

I especially loved the downtime they spent together. Dan dyeing Rafe’s hair was the absolute cutest thing ever, and I could not stop smiling through that whole scene. And the pumpkin head and hot sauce? I was dying with laughter.

I loved seeing more of the wrestlers and of course Frank & Beans absolutely stole the show with their chaos. Those two make me laugh so hard every single time.

This book had it all: funny, emotional, spicy, and so satisfying. Lily Mayne has once again delivered a story that I want to reread already. Dan and Rafe are perfection together.
