Interesting Premise

This was an engaging book with great writing and very good performances. I would love to listen to this again.

I can’t say WOW enough times

I wasn’t familiar with this author, but I dove right in based on the summary and reviews. I was hooked from the first paragraph and listened to the whole thing in one day. The passion and intensity of the two MC’s were off the charts. The narrators did a brilliant job of conveying it, too. The story was riveting and just kept me wanting more and more. Every time I looked at the progress bar, I just kept thinking “Noo….I’m an hour closer to the ending.” The heat level was so high, I had to turn on a fan. I’m sad this is a standalone, because I really would like to see more of Dominic and Vin.

Update: I just finished relistening to this and it’s just as good as the first time around. Do yourself a favor and listen!

The focus on their relationship and the story related to it, is so enjoyable. No distracting side stories.

The title details made the audiobook sounds good, but I was surprised how much I truly enjoyed this audiobook. The story is 80% the main characters on their own, and the other 20% is all related to the main characters. I loved the relationship, banter, and the unfolding of the mystery and secrets related to their live story.

Did not disappoint at all, the depth of the characters were amazing and I love the ending.

10 ⭐️’s for book & narrators are fantastic

I read the book at release and loved it but the audio brought to life the MC’s and their love and bond in a way I never expected. JR Gray is a fantastic author and this book proves he can write anything and it will be something you will reread or listen to over and over. The suspense and trials and tribulations they go through kept me listening way beyond bed time!
