    Le Barkley Marathon est reconnu pour être la course en sentier la plus difficile au monde. (Une des plus difficile, selon les sources.)

    On parle de ses stratégies d’entrainements et de mindset pour atteindre un tel niveau de performance.

    Bien certainement, on parle de l’arrivée de Jasmine au Barkley Marathon … moment historique; première femme à terminer l’épreuve en plus de 35 ans d’histoires.

    On parle également de son incroyable performance au Big Dog’s Backyard Ultra au Tennessee de plus de 700km et 5 jours en continue.

    Ihor is a Canadian of Ukrainian origin. He has been living in Canada for 8 years now.
