Great story. Not a huge fan of the narration but I always get used to it! Can’t wait for more!

a great continuation

a great continuation I'm going to be honest this series is just really good I'm already caught up on Royal road so I'm not going to get too far into it but it's good I do feel like it goes off on tangents a little bit sometimes but overall at least an 80 out of 100

Cultivation!

This book took a good turn towards cultivation and progression. It feels like it's getting back on track and in a very good way. Looking forward to book 6

Great continuation of the story.

First I want to address some of the negatives I've seen about the narration. I perfectly find it good to great. I like the narrator doing different voices for the characters, really helps. Moving on to the story, I think it's a great continuation. It's kind of funny that they're almost 39 yet everyone still treats them like they're teenagers. That part's kind of funny. But they go through trials, tribulations, learning, growing. And I also like the background of the other characters. Liz's mother and father are hilarious. The rabbit made me laugh when it first talked. Amazing stuff. Aster and her furry friends getting drunk and then trumbling to the park. Hilarious. Matt and Liz's alter egos Quill and Torch is great. I love Quill's hot dogging and grand standing and I love that Torch gets a fan club.

Where’s book six?

Holy hell this is a great addition to the series. The whole boon is good even if tourney arcs aren’t my favorite, but the end is an absolute supernova of excitement for the next book. Now I’m gonna have to nurse my anxiety that it can’t be less than 4-6months because listened to this as soon as it was available. Everything you’ve loved so far? You’ll get more. Except rift crafting. But if you’ve been following the books you’ll know why that’s not in this one. Enjoy your read.
