Fred Wolfson reveal secrets from a private eye that can protect your security, and how you might totally disappear from altogether. Wolfson was hired by celebrities for various reasons, such as the time Tom Arnold wanted to know who was selling his lover letters to Roseanna Barr to the National Enquirer. In "Secrets of a Hollywood Private Eye," Wolfson reveals how he solved this case.

Wolfson also reveals his involvement in the Groucho Marx-Erin Fleming case, and the abuse the famous comedian endured towards the end of his life. The investigator also recalls a case where he was hired by a jealous husband who was convinced his wife was cheating on him with the wife's trainer. In the end, the trainer turned out to be gay, and the husband had being cheating on his wife with him.

Wolfson also discusses a case where a hotel was secretly was secretly filling guests engaging in sexual activity, and selling the videos. Another case involved a runaway who became a sex worker in Los Angeles, and another features an abducted child that ended in Brazil. Wolfson also talks about being hired by casinos to track down bank accounts of those that own money. He also breaks down the secrets often revealed from people's trash. This was an interesting book to digest.
