Great boook

I am in my car driving all day for work and I couldn't stop listening. I just wish the next ones in the Rainy Paxton series were on audible.

Stupidly unrealistic

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I paid for this. The aunt leaving the kid, the arrest. It was all so far from reality. I stopped listening because I wanted to scream at the stupidity of the storyline.

Close to Home

The story of Rainey Paxton is only a bit more extreme than the childhood I had.
I quickly became a champion for Rainey through this story.

Reminds me of The Child Called It series.

It’s sad but reality.

It’s a perfect depiction of Kensington streets. Trying to fight addiction and poverty. Can’t wait to read the next book.
