Best Book For Church Leaders
Having served in church, leader ship, and a multiple of rules, I wish this was around when I was first asked to serve. When a leader can activate a follower to serve, and multiplies their experiences in a spiritual way. Nick Blevins gives the best playbook to accomplish the activation and retention of volunteers. With well thought out communication, clear next steps, Nick gives the blueprint for success, and raising up a volunteer team, to accomplish the churches mission.
