Just a recap

When you are reading a series, you don’t need a recap. To me, it seemed like the author didn’t know how to proceed and needed the additional time to create what’s next and by writing this book it might help her get to the next place. Disappointed in myself for not reading what this book was about prior to purchasing-

A RECAP and reference guide

This was a recap of all the books, told for each character’s storyline. In essence, it’s multiple summaries that are all just about the same. There’s lots of reference material, but who wants to listen to a narrator read definitions? Not me. I returned the book and got my credit back.

WHY

Purely a reference book with an occasional Scene. Should not be an audiobook. Need my money back.

It’s a Compendium

Not another novel. It’s an encyclopedia-y reference book. And the organization is a little weird and confusing.

Recap

Books 5 and 6 are recaps. There is little to no new story. It's disappointing. I am not sure I want to buy the next book for fear it will have nothing new. It's s a shame because she is a great writer. Perhaps there are reasons why we got two recap books. I don't know. I just hope we don't get another recap.
