I can see a city girl going on a camping trip and not knowing a thing about the outdoors. Mia is that woman. Oh man , does she get into trouble but Sirus the CEO of a Finace company and is in the right place at the right time. Can he change her view of the wilderness?.

Finding Romance In The Mountains

Mia is not the outdoors type; she is a city girl. When Mia’s niece Violet asks her to accompany her on a camping trip with the “Young Adventures Club Annal Great Rapids Wilderness Excursion” she goes reluctantly. What will go wrong will go wrong for Mia “Murphy’s Law”. Mia is riding in a canoe and she is approaching a waterfall and gets swept up in the current. Sexy alpha male Cyrus sees Mia and is there to rescue her. The two are instantly attracted to each other. Cyrus spends his time in NY and at his mountain wilderness cabin.

Will Mia trade her city life for the mountain wilderness to be with Cyrus or will they split their time being in the city and the mountain wilderness?

Narrators make this an excellent listen

I've read and listened to this story and by far prefer the audio version. Meg Sylvan brought this story to life revealing the desperation of our heroine trying to win the approval of her niece, the disapproval of those witnessing it, and the hilarity that ensues while she is so far out of her element. I found myself chuckling through the beginning chapters. Also, Tor Thom's deep rumbling voice narrating the hot intimate scene will have you melting. Initially it doesn't seem Mia and Cyrus work, but the story reveals they are perfect for each other.

Mountain Man Fixated!

This is a short and quick read or listen. The story is about Mia and Cyrus. She is a city girl who is going on an outdoor adventure with her niece and lets just say the Girl Scouts. Mia has no idea what she is doing but wants to bond with her niece. She is in over her head and gets separated from the group and goes over a waterfall. She is found by the reclusive mountain man with serial killer vibes, Cyrus. At least that is what Mia thinks when she sees him holding dead rabbits and an ax. This is a fun story that is cute and sexy. I love the characters. The narrator did a great job with this one.

Indoorsy city girl rescued by rich mountain man

If you're familiar with Olivia T Turner, you know she writes pretty over the top. This is a super insta romcom, Both are 🍒- and he's also a billionaire because why not. Honestly I had a lot of fun with this one, logic be forsaken!

In fairness, this is one of those books where it's hard to separate the narration from the story. The female narrator (Meg Sylvan) was hilarious and I'm not sure if it would've read as funny in my brain.
