THIS BOOK GOT ME EXCITED. 90% of it is some of the most useful, encouraging, informative and heart-touching motivational psychology I’ve heard yet. (And I have quite a few of these!)
The not-so-good: If I’m going to pay full price for you to hock a whole line of Supplements at me for several chapters... the least you could do is give me A COUPON CODE or FREE SAMPLE offer. I feel a little ripped off. I was not prepared for that.
It really, really disappointed me. I absolutely will not relisten to the Nutrition chapter. I got through it. Thank goodness. Never have to do THAT again.
Was it worth the 60 minute Ad in the middle? Yes, I believe it was. But take my word for it, you can skip it or not. You should be able to manage your own food and nutrition without buying into someone’s marketing. It’s 100% unnecessary to read this chapter as everyone already tells you to eat more fruit and vegetables and drink more water.
I kinda want $5 back though for being “sold” while paying for this ‘advice’. *lol*
It really makes me appreciate other authors who up front tell you that they have no associations with supplement companies etc.
Still, worth adding this to your motivational collection. I woke up my first morning, without hitting the snooze button. And I have a whole new appreciation for my husband, my family, my job, the level of income, my family background, and my North Star picture of me on my 20th anniversary in 18 months. It could be a life changer.
It will change you for the better (but you don’t have to buy their hocked products)
