I loved, loved this book and teaching. The narrator's voice was soothing and calm, perfect for the instruction. Thank you. This was my first read by this author. I definitely want to check out others by her as well.

It has some useful stuff mainly gives notes about the Buddha, but also other stuff about fearlessness.

Fearlessness is when you are no longer expecting an end.

I need to re-read this book.
