He loves his computer, but often gets in trouble from his parents for being so absorbed in it. As I prepared to move to Hawaii, my husband and I stayed with our oldest daughter and her family. We watched the antics of our grandchildren, Kawika and Ihilani, bringing a laugh a minute, just being around them. My husband and I live on the island of Oahu in beautiful Hawaii. We have five children, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild, as of the printing of this book. Being around them brings such a feeling of joy, love and a beautiful youth back into our lives. Kawika-The Boy Who Lived in His Room is the first of a sequel of books I have in my heart and mind. It is geared towards “tweens” and anyone else with the heart of a child. I am writing this series along the lines of a modern-day “Chronicles of Narnia”. There are and will be many exciting adventures and truths that will make you want to read it and beg for more. I pray that this book will make you smile all the way through it, as it did for me to write it.
