amazing book!

this book gave me great understandings and comfort. the book is narrated in such a compassionate and relaxing manner that makes it easier listening to those deep personal view in to our attachment style. it really feels like having Jessica supporting and accompaning you along the journey.
rebuilding an internal safe and loving base for ourselves through connecting to our bodily sensations and to our internal support gives great progress you can feel and learn to trust and rely on and enabling a new secure way to connect with others. For me, this is what makes the book special than other books reviewing this subject.
I am sure to listen to it again to strenghen the understanding of the progress. thank you Jessica for this wise and loving gift to all of us with attachment wounds.
