One kiss under the mistletoe destroyed a friendship. Will another Christmas kiss remake it into something better?

Eli hasn't been home since he left at 18 with a heart aching from his best friend's rejection and his father's intolerance. But when his father reaches out, Eli figures it's time to make peace with his family. He doesn't expect to come face-to-face with Turner too - or to learn that the straight friend he'd foolishly loved is actually bisexual - but once the shock wears off, he knows exactly what he wants for Christmas.

Turner's life isn't everything he'd once planned, but he's happy to be the shoulder his loved ones lean on. They keep him busy, which is just as well since none of his dates have really clicked. He hasn't been able to connect with anyone the way he did with his former best friend. When Eli shows up for the holidays after years away, Turner doesn't know what hit him. But he knows one thing: This time, he wants to give Eli a reason to stay.

All I Want Is You is a friends to lovers, second-chance romance with an HEA.

At last!

This books is packed with so much emotion and touches on a subject that is still a very real problem. Acceptance.

Despite being ridiculed by his father for being gay, Eli returns home for the holidays only to find that his father has accepted who he is and is trying to mend their relationship.

Meanwhile his then best friend who has also loved him since high school and has since come out as bi, tries to fight the growing attraction because Eli keeps saying he's only staying for the holidays.

We get to follow theirs budding relationship while the bridge the gap between past and present to end up with the ultimate Christmas gift, love.

The narrator will have you hanging on to each word.

Meet Me Under the Mistletoe!

All I Want Is You by DJ Jamison is the story about second chances, friends to lovers and acceptance. It has all the feels, minus the annoying kind of drama. it starts with a teenage boy Eli, who does the daring move of catching his best friend Turner off guard with a kiss under the mistletoe at his house. Taken off guard, Turner wrenches back and basically scolds Eli for doing so. Hurt and confused, Eli basically sucks it up for the remaining school year and leaves his hometown after graduation. Fast forward 8 years later and Eli is now laid off and finally going home for the holidays, but it's not completely by choice. It's no surprise his mother is overwhelmed by his appearance and his father trying to mend their relationship (being ridiculed for being gay, Eli hasn't had it easy). Meanwhile, Turner (who was secretly in love with Eli back in high school) has been back in his home town since the death of his father to care for his mother and sister, and is working as the driving instructor at his old high school. Oh, and he's been living openly as a bisexual for five years now. Que in the drama! LOL well not really, or at least not overly angst-y. So the story goes on, Turner who tries for a second chance, Eli who seeks acceptance from his father and a love that deserves an audio-book. Wyatt Baker did a good job narrating, I just wished he could have voiced the two MCs differently so that I could tell who's who but that's just me, I'm spoiled when it comes to narrations and audios that differentiate the characters. All in all, he did well. Loved the story! Great holiday treat! Happy listening all!

He's trying to mend fences with his father.
Eli's ex best friend Turner has become close to Eli's family in his absence.
I really enjoyed the narration of this sweet Christmas story of family and friendship and second chances.

Awesome second chance holiday romance.

I’m a huge fan of DJ Jamison, and was really excited about this one. It definitely didn’t disappoint. If you aren’t familiar with Jamisons work, what I’ve read of it is pretty light and fluffy, and thoroughly well written. This one was no exception. It’s a great story of second chance romance, friends to lovers, and second chance with your family.

As for the narrator, Wyatt Baker is new to me but I really liked him. While he could probably differentiate between the main characters a bit more, his voice is so soothing and a complete joy to listen to.

Great Holiday read!

Eli and Turner are an interesting couple. There were moments I didn’t think it was going to work out for them but of course it did because love won out in the end. This is a great holiday read.
