Acclaimed professional organizer Judith Kolberg and Dr. Kathleen Nadeau, renowned ADHD clinical psychologist, are back with an updated edition of their classic text for adults with ADD. Their collaboration offers the best understanding and solutions for adults who want to get and stay organized.

Listeners will enjoy all new content on organizing digital information, managing distractions, organizing finances, and coping with the "black hole" of the Internet. This exciting new resource offers three levels of strategies and support: self-help, non-professional assistance from family and friends, and professional support; allowing the listener to determine the appropriate level of support.

I don’t have a formal diagnosis of ADD, but I thought I might have some tendencies. Boy was I right! LOL! This book highlighted specific behaviors that have kept me stuck and unproductive for YEARS, and offered non-cookie-cutter approaches to developing better habits, skills, and mindsets that will hopefully help me to get myself together (at least to minimize my foolishness somewhat). I just finished listening to this book, and as soon as I finished writing this review, I am going to restart it! Thank you for this book!

So grateful to have found this book. Very detailed and thorough, but high value content. I love the specific examples and various tips to try. Truly helpful, life-changing advice you will benefit from, even if it takes a while to actually implement any of these tips. 😬

I felt like this was written for me. Blew my mind.
