Don’t get it confused it’s not a trick

This book was amazing. It gives us tools to grow it’s not about having tricks to make the person stay. It’s about knowing how to love throughout life itself.

Jay Shetty is a gift…everyone can benefit from this book! The meditation sections are a great introduction for those who are new to meditating….great follow up to Think Like a Monk although extremely different!

This is one book I will read over and over. Everyone should read it. I will use it to help my children in their lives. Full of deep insights and wisdom from a place of love.

Very interesting book touching the most important part of our living. Definitely recommend to read and see love from a different perspective than the one we are thought or observed.

My go to for a wedding gift

I downloaded the auto book after my wife told me she wanted to separate. The first chapter described all the things I was doing wrong. As men, we tend to not be aware of our emotions, this book made it very clear what I should have been doing. I've listened to it three times and I know it'll help me with my future relationships.
