Relevant beyond words. I will refer to this book often and recommend it to anyone who cares about their health, especially those who are waking up to the weaknesses ( and often deceitfulness) of the typical medical system. This book offers hope and solutions.

covid-19 lies

I liked the amount of researched that went into getting the facts behind this book. This was so helpful to get a good understanding of what to look for and do to get healthy.

The Total understanding of COVID, and how it affects the body systems.

I liked that the Dr. gives great explanations of how the virus affects the body,and tells you how to empower yourself.

fascinating information, including how to verify facts

it starts out pretty slow and hard to get through some of the ground work, but then takes off and is fascinating, eye opening and encouraging, giving you plenty of information to do additional research and well supported solutions to address your own health concerns. Especially in the beginning of the book, he does make logical fallacies that don't always follow concise supported conclusions. however, you don't have to be a logical systematic genius to get actual truth across, even if there would be better ways to do it. For example one could believe the source of rain was the god of thunder and still get to the truth of the benefits of rain, but it would have been better just to get to the point without the false attribution of some deity. Although the information could be delivered in a more and concise way, it is still an awesome book that I will be recommending to friends, family, and anyone I hear suffering from the effects of long covid or the effects of the vaccines. it is also valuable to understand the mentality of governments and pharmaceuticals in their developments of medicines. the information in this book will equip us to better handle future pandemic situations, and help us to better recognize government, corporation or pharmaceutical potential propaganda.

Eye opening and jaw dropping truth bombs

This book has completely blown me away with the truths that Dr. Ardis reveals about C0v1d, the healthcare industry, big pharma, and natural healing. I consider myself to be somewhat of a health nut and more informed than the general public. Chapter after chapter, I was blown away by the truth bombs Dr. Ardis dropped. All of his assertions are backed up by meticulous documentation of respected scientific research. I can't believe we've been lied to about nicotine! Nicotine is a nutrient our bodies need. It's found in numerous vegetables we eat daily, like tomatoes. (It's the other added chemicals in cigarettes that make them so addictive.) Dr. Ardis has pulled back the healthcare curtain, and we find out the "Great and powerful Oz" isn't who he appears to be. If you care about your health and the health of your family, read or listen to this book ASAP. (I'd give it 10 stars if I could!)

Ignorance is a Dead End Street

Dr. Ardis is a very uncommon character. His mind is a collection of Critical questions, thorough Investigation, determination, exacting analysis & honesty; who believes strongly in validating what he knows. You might say he is like a junk yard dog who won't quit - - and I love it. I am a retired Physician Assistant who's hobby has been helping people to be healthier by avoiding many traditional, dangerous, medical therapies, in favor of cures. I have been aware of parisite infestations and Cancen since the mid-ninties. And every time I would breach the subject with my physician friends, they would look at me like my brains fell out.
I thank God for the tireless fortitude and relentless push by Dr. Ardis, to inform the world of the TRUTH. I have been immeasurably blessed by this book and share it as much as possible. I recommend this book to anyone who cares about living, staying healthy for themselves and those around them.

Very systematic approach

I would not put the majority of medical doctors in the category of scientists, because in reality they practice.
Dr Ardis has the mind of a scientist. He asks questions and searches until he has found the answer and then asks more questions, regardless of the outcome, until the truth surfaces. Isn't the truth we're all after?
The book also contains detailed help to ppl who got damaged by covid or the clot shot.
Excellent read.
