Surprised at how much I love this

good reminders

Everyone needs these type of reminders, it's definitely not something I hear every day or even tell myself every day. Imagine how much different life could be with higher self esteem, less limits, not listening to the naysayers when they see you rising and they get nervous. Well, this audio is a must to keep your confidence high and move beyond fears.

This is an excellent guided meditation book

This is an excellent guided meditation book. I'm not sure if it comes in physical or ebook form, but I highly recommend the audiobook. The narrator's voice is soothing and relaxing. Her instructions are clear and her reminders always came just as my mind started to wander.

It is really very easy now.

Sleeping peacefully at night used to hard before but with this audio book it is really very easy now. I really enjoyed this audiobook. Being new to meditation, I didn't know what to expect. The narrator is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it!
