After saving the world many times, the Merry Band of Pirates have accepted the inevitable: Earth is doomed.

All they can do is try to bring a few thousand people to safety, before vicious aliens arrive to destroy humanity's homeworld.

No.

There is one other thing they can do: hit the enemy so hard that the aliens will regret they ever heard of humans.

Fabulous. Again. I'm such a fan of this series! Highly recommend this book and overall series to anyone who likes science fiction. And talking beer cans.

Alanson and Bray do it again.

Gonna preface by putting my love of the series, characters and high-jinks right out there, along w/ another surpassing voice performance... That being said, there has been a notable decline in freshness of the overall story arc the past couple three books, and this one overlaps into that territory, but better than the past couple, and had some notable and enjoyable new direction of story lines and character introduction... Also thought there was some nice maturing of relationships going on... Cliffhanger really was a kick in the sack, but in no small part bc I started to see where the future was going, and was excited... Not the best of the series, but good, and I see some good things coming w/ the progression and reveals...

Mixed Bag

if you have made it this far in the series you already know that there is no such thing as a bad book or lackluster performance.

Critics: Armagiddon is the best book in the series.

Craig Alanson: Hold my beer...

It's to late, there's no turning back now..

Obviously no one appreciates a cliffhanger ending. If this had happened in previous books in t he series I might have punted.

Good Book, Annoying Cliff Hanger Ending
