Amazing

The last ten chapters, I couldn't stop listening. Thank Skippy this book didn't end on a cliffhanger as bad as the last one!!

Survive the first two chapters and you'll love it

I was going to go for a refund, but I loved the previous books so much that I would give it another shot. I have in fact given it 6 shots. By the middle of chapter 2, I am completely lost. Understand that through chapter 2 the story is not composed of full scenes, but tiny snippets.
After chapter 3, the book was absolutely awesome.

One of the best books in the series!

Loved it don't what to say much since I could ruin it for someone else but I would say get this asap and enjoy!

Finally. A happy ending! Lots of what you have come to expect from the Expeditionary Force. Humorous.

After book 9, Valkyrie, I was hesitant about listening - yet C.A. did a fabulous job with the next steps of the story. This book gets back to what I loved in the other books Columbus Day, Armageddon and Zero Hour (I still have a difficult time with betrayal in Valkyrie .............but that does add to the story - ) If you are new to the series - begin with book one (chapter 10) this is well worth the credits and time. Love the series and the unique story that began with Columbus Day. I personally do not care for the "Mavericks/ Paradise spin offs , but that is because the play between Skippy and the crew is the humor that makes this series unique unto itself.
It is worth the time, and the listen - the stories and narrator are fantastic. Enjoy !
