I'm not the bad guy. I'm just tired of being the low-status nobody everyone treats like shit, and I've finally found a way to even the score.

But bonding with an ancient, powerful demon is just the first step. After centuries of inactivity, that demon is at a low ebb. Turns out, my demon is an Incubus. Guess how he powers back up? That's right. By seducing women, as many as he can get.

Sounds like fun, but there are complications. Remember when I said I was a low-status nobody?

It's going to take time, effort, and a whole lot of killing to sort that out.

Fortunately, I'm more than up for the challenge. So maybe that means I am the bad guy after all....

Rags to demon riches

Main character starts miserable but not tooo pathetic. It’s great to see him begin his rise. Book was too short, can’t wait to start the sequel!

I didn't expect this to be as interesting as it is. WOW I now will definitely get the rest in the series.

I don't leave many reviews but this is one of the books once I started I couldn't put down my only regret is that I wish it was longer. I'm looking forward to reading more of Jack porters series and more narrations by Steve Marvel.

not spicy, snooze fest

I was hoping for more spicy fun with a good plot. this has neither. it's like a teenage boy whose never gotten laid wrote it. no imagination. nothing to like about the protagonist. author didn't even try to make the big boss challenging. I literally fell asleep twice.
