I like this book - it leads me through a great variety of balance exercises - seated, standing, walking, core, and vestibular. I love the variety and the careful and detailed instructions. It's not boring and keeps me interested in continuing the practices because I have a very clearly defined path to follow, slowly increasing the number and duration of the exercies as I get more experienced.
It's really helpful to have access to the videos on their website so I can follow along and actually see the exercises done correctly - something that is difficult to accomplish in an audiobook.
I am enjoying the book and the exercises and am establishing an exercise routine following the really carefully planned program - which is the whole point!
