The author really made this easy. It’s a great help that you learn how to do it, why it works, and then a really helpful 28 day challenge to start and guide you. It’s a really thorough book, nice audio sound, and a great find for somebody completely new and just beginning. I highly recommend it!

I know that all seniors need yoga from time to time. This is because if we don't exercise, our bones become weak, and if we fall, it's going to be very painful.
