One of the most riveting books I’ve heard!
Fauci exceeded my expectations. I expected to hear about COVID, but I was surprised by how much I learned about the HIV epidemic, and epidemiology as a whole. Absolutely amazing!! I learned so much.

Really Good
I enjoyed this. Learning about Tony F and about how politics has injected itself (no pun intended) into science is both fascinating and appalling at the same time.
The only critique I have is that some of the sound bites were too short. The author uses them to make a point but some of them are only one or two words long. It would have been better to take the time to give a little bit more context.

Great short biography. covers his research work on diseases including HIV, malaria, and other deadly diseases. loved the included recordings of Fauci's voice discussing issues through the years. The author dislikes Trump as much as I do, so that probably affected my rating.

Wonderful
Very informative. The quote about Fauci being asked to have the omniscience of a god & being cursed for not being able to deliver was especially thought provoking. More level heads MUST will out. Or we’re literally doomed.

An Eye Opener and Must Read in 2020
It's a page turner even if listening. Discovering facts about Anthony Fauci's life and work increased my respect beyond where I thought it could go. If I had to face a pandemic, he'd be my first choice in the lifeboat. Michael Specter's informed story and interviews confirms my opinion of the good doctor. I pray the next President takes his advice. The nation will be lost without him.
