This book def helps. And since we do the poses together, I get to do some yoga as well. It keeps his attention and he loves following along.Just as described. we love that as well!
As long as you want to just read it as a story and introduce them to yoga, that is fine. For some reason this really wound up my kids and it turned into the opposite of the calming effect I was hoping for.Just as described. I love doing this together.
My two year old wants to read this book and do the poses all the time. So cute. She goofs off while doing them, but she gets some of them right and it's a lovely way to introduce the benefits of yoga.I got a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left a review.

It gets the whole family on the floor doing the poses. My two year old can't do all of the poses but it is fun to try. So glad that I bought this book....I was given a free review copy of this audio book at my request.
