I wish I had this resource when I was younger. This book has changed my relationship with my cycle, and with myslef. I am kinder and more patient with my self now. The book explains and encourages to practice menstrual cycle awareness which is the basis for radical self- care.
It is read by the authors - I could listen to them for hours. The voice is very pleasant and the content is extremely relevant to all women who are looking to tune in with their wild power.

Highly recommend! Every woman should read this! I found it a bit dense at times, for lighter read on the American topic I recommend Code Red by Lisa Lister

This book changed my life and my experience immediately. It awoke the second half of my cycle from brain-fog, misery and no energy to a wonderful feeling of being held in love, a gentle energy and seemingly boundless creative power. The amount of insight and guidance offered in this book would have been a game changer for me as a young woman. It is so important to not only learn about, but embrace this powerful cycle. Ten out of ten would recommend not just for menstruating people, but also the spouse, family etc of menstruating people.

Beautiful and empowering guidance on how to value your feminine compass

I loved that this book was truly a testament to how the woman Spencerville cycle can give her a compass for discovering her own power, and excepting her own vulnerability. I do feel as that the book was a tad bit repetitive, and would suggest that you could really read the last two chapters and be totally cool with it all! They definitely emphasize using their website so much that it almost seems as though the book is really just a version of Cliff Notes for the online courses that they are selling. Granted, the book Is much more affordable and was a really great lesson! I want to share this with all of my friends now!
