This book was such an oasis in the desert. Everything I've been doing is in here, just in a more understandable way, I just cried in multiple parts. Loved it, loved it, loved it

Life changing!

I loved the way the author makes you feel comfortable and not alienated. Everyone has struggles! I feel like this book really allows us to truly reap the benefits of being ourselves and just slowing down. It’s okay to enjoy the things we enjoy!!! I also loved learning about the phases of the moon and how it can influence our behavior. Definitely implementing her teachings into my life!!!

great tips for open minds

I think the author did a great job sharing practical tips about improving life...in the end the sucess or failure is in the details and there are more than a 1000 ways to do things I really enjoyed her different approach. from someone like her that finds value in doing and switching to being!

Incredibly beyond good enough

I am not a mom and this book besides being good, it's inclusive. Also I found so many AHA! 💡 moment in my own journey of healing.
