This book is absolutely amazing and incredibly informational
I absolutely loved this book and how informative it was! I have been sick for years and I cannot say how much this book has helped me get on a regimen to assist with my diseases and keep me functioning and living a happier life, instead of a depressed, sad version of pain and suffering.
