A majority of the book I found to be beneficial but there are some points that I disagree with, the main one being the idea that you can't be a great cop and be religious. My biggest gripe is that this idea is presented as a fact not an opinion. I find it ignorant to believe that one is not a great cop because of thier faith. The author doesn't seem to grasp the idea of faith.
