The book has a lot of information I wouldn’t have thought of. The insight from the different prisoners was pretty eye opening.

Really appreciated the mentality brought to how to prevent opportunities for violence, the consequences of easily avoidable situations, and what is absolutely required when violence is the answer to your life or lives of loved ones. Great read and very informative.

a must read

first the subject matter should be taught by every patent teacher coach but in today's politically correct mentality it's forbidden. Well written and sequenced, it's a great introduction to the philosophy.
