In Unsafe at Any Meal, Dr. Renee Dufault, former food investigator for the Food and Drug Administration, provides the startling answers. I'm not a fan of the narrator, but the information that Renee portrays in this is overqualified. she has some talks on YouTube as well that can pretty much summarize what she talks about in this long book, but if you really want to get into understanding the mechanics and the proof of how high fructose corn syrup works in the body and how it is made, this is definitely the book for piecing that together. she provides sighted scientific studies that has a background working for the government in health.
