really really damn good series.

narrators were amazing!!! and the story has spice, but less than Im use to and I didnt even care, which is rare:p.

dont get me wrong, the spice is hotttttt

the plot/story kept me so damn intrigued I just needed to know how it ended

While listening to book 3 of this amazing RH series, I was nervous there was gonna be a book 4 because of the timing/flow of the story up through like halfway through this book haha. So many setbacks in this one definitely made me worry! I think the storyline was slow for me in a couple spots and the one guy was a "villain" for the majority of this series and I wish we had had more time with him not being one to be honest. BUT the narration was killer, rounded up to a 5 star rating overall for it.

I don't want to give anything away but I wanted to do a lot of different things to Neo haha not gonna lie. I did end up loving him and happy with how this author ended this series and set up the spinoff in college. I was disappointed with the guys each in their own way in this one, also wanted to shake our MC because of her decisions and then had to remember these characters are in high school so they need time to grow. Also even though it was frustrating, I thought the push and pull with the guys and the harem was more realistic than other stories I have read. We know harems wouldn't really be all sunshine and unicorns. This one showed you have to work for them, communication is key. I also called the man bad guy from the beginning haha, but I was not expecting the confrontation to go that way! Oh and I love Scarlett's mom and dad. I wasn't sure with how they like abandoned her and was like good luck BYEEEE haha. I wanted more time with Cruz's family haha, they were pretty awesome haha. I know Riley gets her story next, I how Maddie gets one or at least a conclusion for her. I wonder if she could get with Jude after their tough past with their dads, could be a bonding moment hahaha.

OH EM GEE the narration was stellar in this one. The heartbreak with Scarlett, like how the narrator made it seem like she had been crying with her voice change, I believed she could have been sobbing when performing it (without sounding sniffly and incoherent haha). I thought the narrator in this one was the best out of all of them. The tension was palpable, the forgiveness touched your heart, the hurt and anger with the betrayals and lies was like a punch to the gut. I loved everything about the narration, that's why I devoured this in less than 24 hours (which is not a usual thing for me with this audiobook length!). FYI I do listen at 1.5X speed. Amazing job by these two, I hope to listen to more from them in the future ❤️

Awesome Series

I absolutely loved this series. There was suspense along with the bully romance with the 3 boys. I loved all the supporting characters. There is a series after this for Riley. Hope to hear more about their future through the other characters books. This doesn't go past graduation. Narrators were fantastic

A Great Listen

This is a dark romance. You are going to want to heed the warnings in the beginning of the book and heed them. This book might contain triggers for some readers. Proceed with caution. This is also the third book in this series and you will not be able to read this as a standalone. You have to have read Savage Games and Vicious Lies first or you are going to be really lost.
Three things are evident from the ending of Vicious Lies. First, Neo hates Scar with a fiery passion that has had us all going what is up with him and why why why is he so awful to Scar. Second, Scar has found her soul mates I do believe in Crew and Jaggar and they will go to great lengths to protect her because the stalker has never been caught and things go absolutely crazy at the ending of Vicious Lies. There are actually two shocking revelations in that book at the end. Lastly, this is the book you have been waiting for. The pay off. The answers. The story of Neo and Scar and I for one couldn't wait for him to eat crow and worship at the feet of Scar. Will that happen? Well, I can't tell you. Now matter how bad I want to say a lot of things about this book, I simply cant because from the first page of this book to the last things are happening and twists and turns will have your head spinning. I loved every single second of this book. I did not put it down until I was finished. I quiet simply devoured and loved every second of this book. You do not want to miss this book or the series. If you haven't started it because you were waiting on it to be complete, well now is you time to get started. If you are like me and really needing this book in your hands, the moment has arrived and it was so worth the wait. I loved listening to this book and traveling back into this world.

The perfect third book for this series. I hope it’s not the finale one but if it is, the ending was perfect. When the bad boy pulls those heart strings. Gosh.

Academy Bully Romance

Twisted Secrets by Rachel Leigh is an academy bully romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Stefanie Kay and Theo Sinclair. This is the third book in the Bastards of Boulder Cove series.

I absolutely love Rachel's books! I was hooked from the very beginning and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I loved the chemistry between Scarlett, Crew, Jagger, and Neo. Their relationship is messy, but I couldn't help but root for them. I really enjoyed getting Scarlett, Jagger, Crew, and Neo's points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I originally read the book and was so excited when I saw it was coming to audio and I was not disappointed. Stefanie and Theo did an amazing job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this series if you like dark romances, academy romances, bully romances, reverse harem romances or romantic suspense.

Explosive Conclusion!

This is the third installment in the trilogy, a Dark RH Academy Bully Romance. Scarlett, Crew, Jagger and Neo's story continues where the first book left off. This is an entertaining, and explosive conclusion to this amazing trilogy, filled with twists and turns. Stefanie Kay and Theo Sinclair did an excellent job bringing this story to life. I enjoyed it, and I highly recommend this series. #PFPAudio

Twisted Secrets is the third book in the Bastards of Boulder Cove series. This book starts off right where Savage Games finishes. This book is told from multiple points of view from Neo, Jagger, Crew, and Scarlett.

Neo still doesn't want anything to do with Scarlett even though he's starting to have feelings for her. With Scarlett and her friend living with Neo, Jagger, and Crew some secrets are bound to come out.

Can Scarlett handle what she learns about Neo's sister and what really happened when she fell? Can Neo get out of someone's really strong hold and move on? What happens when Jagger and Crew find out a secret Neo is hiding?

Will Scarlett get her happy ending with all three guys?

I really enjoyed this series and loved getting to know Neo, Scarlett, Jagger, and Crew.

Great Series!

Really enjoyed this series. Wish it didn't have to end! Loved all the characters! Narration was great as always. Hope to see the characters in the BCU series!

A Fantastic Finale

What a fantastic finale to the Bãstãrds of Boulder Cove trilogy. All the secrets come to the surface and boyyyy are they twisted! I'm so happy these 4 got their happily ever after, and even happier that we got to see a glimpse of Riley's too.

I was able to listen to the audiobook on my re-read and I really enjoyed it. Theo Sinclair did great with all the guys and I liked Stefanie Kay as Scar. I didn't love them voicing the other sex, but it was okay. Overall it was a three star listen for me, no big complaints, but I won't be running out to find more audiobooks by these narrators.

We finally get to hear from Neo and it was everything I was hoping it'd be, he's such a beautiful, broken boy *shattered heart emoji* It took a bit longer than I was expecting to see Neo fully break down, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I wasn't quite expecting how they finally got together or Jagger and Cole's reaction, both took me by surprise, but I really enjoyed how it played into the story. And when the four of them finally come together? Firrrrre.

Riley played such a big role in this book and I absolutely loved it. When we left Vicious Lies she had just found out some interesting news about her boyfriend and I wasn't sure how things were going to play out... It hit her pretty hard, but she's such a strong person and how she came back and ended up making a huge difference in how things played out because of it. I'd really love to see more from her in the future.

I don't want to say a lot in regards to what happens with Maddie or who did all the who dun its... But I loved all the twists this series brought us. Rachel gave us some great foreshadowing and lead ups to the twists that had me on edge when they finally came to light, it was fantastic. The ending was so sweet (and so hot) and a bit like a pre-epilogue, just one moment after the next of this little self-made family being happy, I loved it so much. I can't wait to see what's next for Boulder Cove, whether we're back at BCA or heading to BCU!
