Not Good

This is my 1st DNF audiobook. Let me start off saying that I’ve been listening to audiobooks since they were on cd’s. I’ve listened to books like this before and have thoroughly enjoyed them. The 2 main characters had no chemistry for starters. Their conversations felt robotic and juvenile. The FMC pissed me off way more than MMC. She was not realistic as a human being. If your bookstore is barely surviving… why do you keeping giving people things for free!!!??? And the women being desperate for boyfriends was just 🤮. And the FMC grandmother made me extremely mad in her introduction. Who is that pushy about their grandchild getting into a relationship? I had stop after the FMC dog ( popsicle) jumped on the MMC with muddy paws and she laughed about it and told him it’s only mud and offered him $5.00 for laundry detergent.
