What other book might you compare Three Philosophical Works to and why?

some other books by k, maybe something by freud or schopenhauer. there is a similarity of outlook. a kind of darkly analytical quality.

What does Mitchell Johnson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

he is mild-mannered. the material is edgy, but he is mild-mannered.

Best collection on psychopathy and psychopathology

I'm glad to find this collection as it's the most daring of J.-M. Kuczynski's works on psychopathology. Narration had the perfect rhythm and tonal quality. Of the three philosophical works, the one that stood out as most groundbreaking was the "Morbid Reflections." At the same time, I felt I needed to hear the other two works on money and morality as well as determinism to really absorb the implications. The 7 hours or more of listening time was perfect for my power walks. Must be added to the curriculum for all psychology classes.
