simply perfect for all be it beginner or advanced.

loved it..very informative no matter how advanced or wherever you are on your path to enlightenment, this book is perfect..to the point and briefly but completely explains most questions a beginner may have.

An excellent beginning

The narrator's voice gives such a soothing delivery of the text. This introduction is heavily weighted on the spiritual belief system, rather than a history lesson on Buddhism. I really enjoyed listening.
