So over Briggs

I cannot be the only reader who is so over the way Gina acts when it comes to Briggs. Like how are you such an amazing cop. But then you make dumb choices and think irrationally when it comes to a man. He is a jerk & I cannot stand him. At one point in one of these books, he practically dated a child. He disrespects Gina constantly and treats her like she doesn’t matter. And she is such a pathetic character when it comes to him. Can we please find a different love interest for this poor woman who’s been through so much? I really hope he doesn’t return for any more books.
