Good Advice

This book offered some good advice and great journal prompts. the book focused on you and how you can manage and less about understanding why. I thought it was well written and kept me interest.

Podcast

A podcast about dealing with breakups brought me here, took a chance, listened to it all and I finally feel I have some sort of clarity and a path forward now. Which doesn't mean it is going to be easy. Breakups are so hard :(

I think this is a book to read as many times as one might need it ... I’m not a huge journal girl but it was helpful to my soul

Perfect timing

This book came out as a featured recommended title on audible just in time for my horrible breakup LOL. Well I guess some things are good timing anyway. Am I still hurt over it all? sorry but yes, I am. But I am on a better path, things are clearer in my mind now.

What I have been searching for was found in this audiobook - a solution to the worst breakup I could ever imagine.

Real

A very real book, genuine and for the times. Breakups are horrible - im going thru one now and its so painful - but hope is out there.

Another self help book

Offers advice that is relevant, but not groundbreaking by any means. I would recommend the book "How to Heal a Broken Heart" by Guy Winch. That book is short and sweet.
