Solid title with good information

I am happy with the narration and the information. It reads a bit like a research or college paper as the information is a bit dry, so this may not be what you are looking for.

If you just want the information on how to improve your, or someone else's, happiness, there is likely some things you can follow up on. That and it is a short read.

Overall, a solid choice if you want the information, not to be entertained.
