Very poor narration - makes very little sense

I have just purchased The Polyvagal Theory: The Deep Psychological Journey to understand the nervous system and definitely defeat Anxiety, dissociative pain and epilepsy by Herbert Boulevard Francis (Author)
This audiobook has been recorded so badly, that it makes not sense. The reader reads without taking punctuation into consideration and the are many repetitions of words and lines. There are also gross inaccuracies... such as he would read Bagal instead of Vagal - this is totally unacceptable as this is the essence of the
Who does the quality assurance of the recordings of books...because this book has certainly not been quality assured. The reader makes NO SENSE at all!!! He quite obviously is reading without comprehension!!!!
Is this a computerized recording????
